When is HDMI Passthrough for TrueHD Dolby Atmos content coming to tvOS?

When can we expect the HDMI passthrough feature on tvOS? This would allow third-party apps like Infuse to be used to their full potential.

Can Apple TV have dual HDMI socket Apple TV 4K has only one HDMI socket, so it can only connect to one device at a time. I have a television that supports Dolby Vision, and a home theatre that supports Dolby Atmos. If I connect Apple TV to a television, I can enjoy Dolby Vision, but unable to enjoy Dolby Atmos (Apple TV does not support pass-through), if I connect Apple TV to a receiver, I can enjoy Dolby Atmos, but unable to enjoy Dolby Vision (the receiver does not support Dolby Vision). Can Apple TV have two HDMI sockets that I can connect to the TV and the receiver at the same time, so I can enjoy Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos at the same time through Apple TV? I hope Apple can place some consideration for users who are using old devices.
