My MacBook Pro keeps prompting WPA2/WPA3 for Wifi but it won't connect

Whenever I try to connect my Mac to WiFi, it keeps saying the network requires a WPA2/WPA3. I’ve tried to connect to my home WiFi and two hotspots and so far nothing as worked. I know I’ve typed the password correctly, and have tried going to settings and manually joining the network, but still no luck. Does anyone know how to solve this?
