An app was recently deleted, but want to find the usage history of the app to see when the user accessed it.
How can this be done? I know data is deleted from the phone when the app is, but is there any way? Possibly from the Apple side?
Nope. All data is erased with the app and Apple does not monitor your app usage. Even if the app was not deleted, there is no way to show time/date of usage although you may see some indication in the Battery Settings about how much energy was recently used by the app.
