iOS 18.0: 13 Pro Max, Camera App stuck in folder

Camera App is stuck in a folder on the home page and cannot be moved back as a solo app on the home screen. It is the only app in the folder.

Camera App is not open.

Tried restarting the phone, 13 Pro Max

Tried moving to another screen, would not relocate.

App des not have the - in top right corner.

App cannot be removed from the folder.

Any suggestions are appreciated
