Oticon Hearing Aids - bluetooth

My hearing aid worked pretty reliably with my iPhone 12 for podcasts & audible until yesterday afternoon. Now my phone doesn’t find it at all? (But does find other bluetooth devices) The oticon software connects to hearing aid and I can talk on phone using it. My phone was on ios 16, my son suggested updating to 18. Updated fine but still not finding hearing aid on blue tooth. Prior to that nothing had changed?
