Ear issues with AirPodPro - do AirPod4 help?

Like many people on this forum I’ve had ear problems with the AirPod Pro’s. My symptoms have Ben the same, weepy, itchy, painful, skin flaking and swollen and painful ear canals. I also tried foam replacements- no difference.

the cheap remedy I was recommended by a doctor was a couple drops of a homemade solution contains 50% white vinegar and 50% isopropyl alcohol then cotton wools pads. This definitely worked.

Has anyone tried the AirPod3 or 4 and getting same ear problems ? Or does the AAP4 solve the problem?
