Two factor authentication issues

I can’t get into my other iCloud accounts because I don’t have my old phone number any more. How do I find a solution to this?

Cannot complete iCloud two-factor authentication after phone swap i swapped phone like 3 days ago, i was asked to sign in icloud after moving my data from the old phone to the new one, i input my gmaiil followed by the password but cant get pass the two factor authentication. No access to the second authentication factor I need to log in to an old AppleID account. But I no longer have the old device and I don't even know the phone number for the second authentication factor. Is there any other way?
