How do I change archive to trash option when I swipe to delete gmails in iPhone 16

I actually found it after my own searching. The settings may have changed for the new iPhone 16 pro. To change option from archive to trash (you can still keep archive as you have two swiping directions) go to the Gmail app, the three lines, aka hamburger, and scroll all the way to bottom to settings > inbox customizations > mail swipe actions. Choose your preferences ie swipe left or right to change to trash, and click done at top.
