The “Never” Option in Auto-Lock is Not Showing Up

I’m in the Settings->Display & Brightness->Auto-lock section of the settings, and my only options are 30 seconds and 1-5 minutes.

My iPhone 11 Pro on IOS 17 used to have a “Forever” option, but I’m not seeing that on my iPhone 16 Pro IOS 18. This is not a corporate phone, and I deleted the Microsoft Exchange account I had for my school, but the problem persists.

You may still have the Microsoft Exchange profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. Delete it.
