Check the store's policies. Many don't allow any refunds or exchanges on gift cards.

I have bought an apple gift card for $300 and send it to Mr.Beasts as a rewards winner and today I was informed that there was an issue with my package delivery which I think they had scammed me. I want my money back before they used it. How can I find information on this issues
