"Translate a webpage" in Safari missing in macOS Sequoia

The translation button that "automatically" appears in the search bar has always been very unreliable and almost never pops up for me, but in macOS Sonoma, I could click on the little three dots in the search bar and the option to translate a webpage was always there.

However, in Sequoia, this menu has been redesigned and "Translate a webpage" is totally missing! I use this almost every day, so it's really essential for me.

Does anyone know where this option may have moved to? Or has it been completely deleted?

In safari on the start page you really don't get the option to translate a webpage but on my Mac once I open a page at the top in the address bar at the far right I have what looks like two comment icons one has the letter A and the other has a Chinese character(🈶). If you click on them there is a drop down menu that gives you the option to translate the page. I hope this helps. I am with all the most recent updates at this moment.
