How can I get my contacts on old iPhone to new iPhone without having access to old iPhone?

Hi, I recently bought a new iPhone and set it up following all the steps with my phones side by side. I’ve now gone on a trip and realized that about half of my contacts haven't transferred over. I’m interstate and won’t be home for over a month and have no way of accessing my old phone.

I have gone to settings-contacts-apps using iCloud and contacts is selected.

I have deselected this and reselected it and it’s not changed. Is there any other way to reinstate all of my contacts?

If you go to iCloud.com/contact on a browser or the same contacts still missing?

If yes, then that means those contacts were likely synced to a different email account and not iCloud. Go to settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > select each account one by one and turn on contacts for that account to see if it reappears. Also re-add any accounts that may have been deleted and make sure contacts is on for it too.
