Stickers disappearing seconds after being added on iPhone Messages app

I had the same issue! I've upgraded from iPhone 13 Pro to 16 Pro. How I fixed it?

1. Update iOS to the latest version (in my case 18.2)
2. Then going to Settings, Apps, Messages and disable iMessage, wait some seconds and then enable it again. Done!

PS: Additionally check in 'Send & Receive" that everything looks fine.

Me too… I tried toggling show/hide sticker in settings and it had no effect, rebooting had no effect, prior stickers never show, a new sticker shows for one second then disappears. I tried clicking on the sticker while it is visible and nothing happens. I tried this in Messages and Notes and a couple other apps with the same behavior.

This is on 16.0 and 16.0.1 only on iPhone 16 series phones.

Older phones work just fine.

Their support team said “Thank you for patiently waiting. What I found out so far, through my research, is that we did receive similar reports about this issue and it has reached our engineering team. Glad to let you know that they are actively investigating this issue. We can't guarantee yet a specific date to when we can expect the solution but it may come in a form of a software update or a specific troubleshooting step.”

Same thing here, I switched my phone from 15 to a 13 pro, and all stickers are gone. Tried re-creating, but none added to the stickers gallery. Restarting the phone doesn't help.

Soooo basically on a random day all my stickers disappeared into thin air-🌚 like HELLO??? This happened about 3+ times in the same month and I’m just confused why they keep disappearing. I know ppl might think that it’s not a big deal but I use them a lot n I have rlly funny stickers sooo I personally like them. But Apple count ur days cs if my stickers disappear one more time, I WILL be taking matters into my own hands😼👍 (all jokes) ok byeee🙂‍↕️👌

Apple doesn’t care, people talking about how this bug hasn’t been fixed over different updates shows that. Can we stop pretending that apple cares after we’ve bought the product. They clearly don’t, apple heads are full of copium

Currently facing the same issue on iphone 14, the stickers were working fine till few hours ago but now all the stickers imported from phots are gone and i cannot add new stickers too 😭. Supper annoyed by this bc I did all the memes from the photos of me and my friends 😭. Those are kore than stickers for me. Please check up on this issues.

Worked fine on my iPhone 15 Pro before I upgraded to 16 Pro, and still works fine on my iPad. But not working on my iPhone 16 Pro.

I am having this same problem. New stickers appear and vanish. All stickers from old phone are gone.

I’m having the same issue. Rather frustrating that nobody has replied to this.

Even after the latest IOS update the problem persists, very annoying.
