We can’t answer why questions here. This is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates. As users, we can’t speak for Apple. Suffice to say, this isn’t a feature Apple has implemented. Likely because iPhone is not intended to be a shared device with other users. But that’s just my guess.
