Scammed through the Apple Pay

Hello. I was scammed through a phishing link, which bound my credit card to apple pay. After that two transactions occurred from my card by "Am*******w Production".

It’s noteworthy that the attacker used national postal service data.

My bank recommended contacting the support of the service that processed the payment.

So, of course, when i try to google "amal mathew production" - all what can i find is random indian social webs accounts.

Moreover, I can’t find how to contact Apple support for this case.

Have you contacted the bank that issued the credit or debit card you used? Your bank approved the transaction, they are the entity that is processing the transaction, not Apple.

Apple is not a bank. Apple cannot approve or decline a transaction. Only the issuing bank can approve or decline a transaction. Apple Pay only transmits encrypted data (your bank information) between your device and the merchant. If you’re having issues with a transaction you need to work with the issuing bank and the merchant to resolve the issue. If it is a scam, you should also refer the matter to your local police. Apple may/will work with local law enforcement when they request assistance from Apple.
