Missing profile photo in iOS and ipadOS App store

Since I updated my devices to iOS 17 my profile picture on the App Store has disappeared leaving only that sad blue icon at the top right. I had this problem in the past even on Mac but when I updated to Sonoma it came back. Now that I have updated to iOS 18 on iPhone and iPad the situation has not changed, the avatar has not yet returned and has disappeared again, after updating to sequoia, even on Mac. I use two different accounts, one for iCloud and one for Apps and music. Can someone help me solve the problem? I specify that my photo appears without problems in the settings, in my contact card, etc., and also on old devices such as iPhone 6s, iPhone SE that cannot be updated to iOS 17 or later.
