How can I enable Automatic Training Load on Apple Watch Ultra 2?

I have an Ultra 2 and in the last watchOS update apple introduced training load.

My problem is that training load doesnt automatically set based on my metrics, but instead asks me to input it after a workout, and i always feels like i give around 7/10 so its useless as a function if it asks me how to input it…

My question is - can i force it to automatically set based on workout metrics? I searched the settings and i dont find such option anywhere?
