When I try to search on the phone, the search resets after typing "s". Weirdly enough, this does not happen with other letters or words.
For context: This is a new iPhone 16 that has been synced with iCloud but not from a backup. There might be some corrupted files that could cause this and a reset would probably fix this, but was hoping for a simpler fix.

Are you using Google Chrome?
It looks like it is trying to get your previous websites on Chrome and is crashing, maybe due to a corrupted history file. Try removing Chrome and see if you get the same results.
I can confirm that typing ‘s’ in the general iOS search bar does cause it to crash. To work around, type second letter first or search term without ‘s’ then had it at end.
This happens on my son's iPhone 16 but not on mine. Different colors but same configuration phone other than that. Neither of us is on the beta release.
