How do I disable Face ID so that I need a password to change the Screen Time setting that allows and prevents certain apps from accessing screen time?

To disable Face ID for accessing the Screen Time settings on your iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Screen Time: Scroll down and select Screen Time.
  3. Tap Use Screen Time Passcode: If you have a Screen Time passcode set, tap on it to enter your passcode.
  4. Tap on Use Face ID: Look for the option that says Use Face ID (or similar). You can toggle it off.

By doing this, Face ID will no longer be required to access the Screen Time settings. Instead, you'll need to enter your Screen Time passcode to make any changes.
