Delay when locking iPhone 13

My iPhone 13 has a noticeable delay when I press the power button and until the screen turns off/locks and it bothers me a lot, it started happening a bit after updating to ios 18.0 but I have compared it with other iPhones that have also updated to ios 18.0 and it is not happening to them.

Power button delay on my iPhone 13 When I updated my iPhone 13 on iOS 18.3.1 when i turn it off with the power button has a delay before it closes the screen. Apple plz fix this it feels bad

When you lock the phone it must notify all active apps to save any work in progress; this can take a second or two, depending on what apps you have been using.
