Setting up new iphone

I’ve been here for 10 minutes. Thoughts?

Did you position the phone over the moving blob as instructed to start the process? The camera will automatically open and once it captures the image, that’s when the transfer process initiates.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I did as you described.

since the initial post i turned the new phone off and on and restarted the process. Second time around and we are still at the same as shown in picture. Thanks again for the thoughts.
