Bluetooth and Hearing Impaired

Millions of hearing impaired users are being disadvantaged by now having to go through several steps to either turn on or turn off Bluetooth … can you please fix it so that it is back to one easy step? Thank you!

Hi Juliesnp,

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community!

Re: "Bluetooth and Hearing Impaired :

Thank you for posting to the Community. Wondering which Computer or device you are using Bluetooth with, and which MacOS or iOS version is installed. You may have the option to turn bluetooth on or off in Control Centre.

If needed: How to contact Apple for accessibility support - Apple Support

We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community, so no-one here could make changes to Apple's software.

If needed: You may want to contact Apple's Accessibility Team. To provide feedback about an accessibility feature on an Apple product, you can email the Accessibility team: accessibility@apple.com.

All the best :-)

Updated the software on Friday for my iPhone 15 and Bluetooth is harder to access … was not before …

Called Apple support and while the person I spoke with was empathetic … she spoke to someone higher up who didn’t care … and said because Bluetooth was still accessible, it was okay that it was HARDER to access

Thank you for the email suggestion!
