Safari and CAPTCHA again!

I recently upgraded my ipad to ipados18 and keep getting captcha requests! Like almost constantly! Ive tried clearing the cache and history and turning on and off the private relay. Restarting the device many times. Reset network settings. Use a vpn or not. Doesnt matter. Please advise. No problem on my iphone also updated to 18.

Captcha display on website not working A certain webpage will not accept my captcha answer. Are there any settings I can go to change it?
