itunes Pop ups on Macbook air

itunes will not leave me alone on my macbook. Everytime i restart my computer another pop up trying to get me to sign in appears. I hit cancel, and it doesn’t go away, and I submit my email and it says unknown error. It almost acts like a virus in my computer, but I know it’s not because multiple people i know have the same issue. I don’t know what to do.
