someone who knew my pin to my apple devices did something odd and he can now see everything I do!! I've done a factory reset and it still comes back.

  • Go to  > System Settings > Network > [choose Details on your connected network] > Proxies. Make sure all switches are turned off.
  • Remove NordVPN using the installer they provide.


After that has been done, run EtreCheck and post the results.

No Problem. I assume you have changed on Passcode on any iPhone and login Password for your Mac, but I have included links below for reference and other tips for each platform.


Mac:

  • Change login Password

Change the login password on Mac - Apple Support

  • Change your Apple ID Password in case they also know that.

Change your Apple Account password - Apple Support

  • If you have any other concerns on your Mac where you feel someone else has access, then describe what you see or provide a screenshot. There is nothing else from the EtreCheck report that would indicate any nefarious software installed that would allow access.


iPhone:

  • Run Safety Check.

How Safety Check on iPhone works to keep you safe - Apple Support

  • This will allow you to review Trusted Phone numbers on your account and review any information that you are sharing to others.
