Hola, una de mis cuentas Apple me dice que (Esta cuenta de Apple no está activa), el problema está que tengo un dispositivo asociado a esa cuenta que es Email@gmail.com y ahora no me deja eliminarla del equipo, le he solicitado la activación a Apple más de 10 veces y no me dan ni respuesta, a mi la cuenta no me interesa de verdad solo necesito recuperar mi equipo
