How to fix “iPhone Unavailable”

My screen broke and a glitch caused it to input the wrong password. I fixed the screen but now it says “iPhone Unavailable”.

Is there really no way to fix this without restoring my phone?

it is pretty illogical that I could restore it by putting in my Apple ID, but can’t unlock it with my Apple ID
