How can I prevent this Hide My Email dialogue from appearing when logging into web sites?

The last drop of Safari has brought with it a very annoying Hide My Email dialogue that appears every time any web site shows a login screen:

This is beyond annoying because it (deliberately?) obscures the login suggestion dialogue given to me by the 1Password Safari extension. Instead of clicking that to log in, I need to jog back and forth to the 1Password app to copy my credentials.

Is there a way to hide the worthless-to-me Hide My Email dialogue?
