Problems with iTunes and Apple-Devices on Windows 11 Client

Hello everyone,

I have already tried several things.

Both all the Apple help pages and various forum entries.

I would therefore ask you to stop suggesting them.

The following problem:

Both Apple devices and iTunes (Windows and Windows Store version) do not recognize the iPhone.

Windows itself recognizes it and I can also access my pictures.

However, iTunes itself does not.

I have also entered all firewall and anti-virus exclusions. But without success.

The following marginal information:

Notebook: Lenovo T16

Windows: Windows 11 23H2 (due to WSUS)

Apple devices: 1.4.7.26 (1.1031.15873.0)

iTunes: Version 12.13.3.2

And yes I know that it is an outdated Windows version. However, it works on an identical device with the same Windows version without any problems.

Even a comparison of the installation did not help me.

Regards

Simon
