My Apple Watch series 8 screen popped off from case and could notice while cleaning watch protection cover glass!! Apple service centre confirmed after inspection no physical damage, dent or scratch mark on watch & nothing found in diagnostic test!

As suggested by Apple customer care team over chat and call visited Apple Service Centre. Apple service centre confirmed after inspection no physical damage, dent or scratch mark on watch and they were surprised how come so early display has popped off. Service centre ran diagnostic test and everything was okay. The observation made by service person was that bottom portion of display wasn't working which I clarified only digit '0' and that's because display has come off and it works when you adjust display glass which I did to unlock my watch for him multiple time to perform inspection and diagnostic test.

I clarified its not a damage or anything from my end as they couldn't find anything on watch but its clearly a MAJOR QUALITY ISSUE and Apple must either repair free of cost or must give FREE REPLACEMENT. A premium watch's display glass can't come off so early for no reason.

To my surprise Apple team denied REPAIR and REPLACEMENT!!! Is it fair?
