iCloud Passwords extension not working

I've had a problem with the iCloud Passwords extension in my Chrome browser for a few days now (Windows system). Namely, the password suggestion popup doesn't appear. The problem appeared suddenly.

iCloud application is installed on my computer, and the passwords and keychain are enabled. The suggestion popup only appears on pages from the Apple domain, but not on others. Reinstalling the plugin and the iCloud application on my computer didn't help. I have the same problem on other devices. Does anyone know how to fix this?
