Adapters for iPhone14

I have an iPhone14, live in Canada & plan to go to Australia & NZ. What adapters/chargers will I need?

If you have an Apple charger now, you don't need a different charger since the Apple chargers support multiple voltages and frequencies. All you'll need is a travel adapter to go from the Canadian Type A or Type B plug to the NZ and Australian Type 1 socket, like these:

If you have a different brand of charger, check the specs and make sure it can handle 240 volts at 50Hz which is the standard used in NZ.
