a midi file created in Logic Pro won't play back volume
I create a midi file inside logic, not imported, and the channel registers a strong signal, but I can't hear the audio! I've checked the menu options. What is wrong?

A midi file contains no audio signal. You have to put the midi file on a software instrument track in order to hear something.
