Getting "Connection Interrupted" on iPhone Mirroring. Asked a Senior Support team for help and can't figure what the issue is either.

I'm wanting to get iPhone mirroring to work on my MacBook Pro 16" 2019. It meets all the System Requirements and the only issue that I am having is "Connection Interrupted". I've been using my iPhone 13 to use iPhone mirroring but it doesn't work. I upgraded to the new iPhone 16 plus, doesn't work. So it is a MacBook issue. Looked up online on how to get it working... I disabled or deleted VPNs, restarting my devices, tried logging out and logging back my iCloud account both on my iPhone and MacBook, all the above doesn't work. So I decided to call a Senior support team and we're trying to see what the issue is. Turns out, he can't figure out what the issue is causing it. Any other solutions?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.0
