AppleID & downloads privacy?

When I download an app do the developers of the app have access to my Apple ID? I see my Apple ID email in front of me when I download a new app so I’m wondering how much the developers of the app find out with all of the cookies put out lately by developers by the new government requirement and hundreds of boxes you have to turn off to stop them taking more and more of your personal information I’m wondering if this is the start of it by them having my Apple ID email address and then it would be shared through them to other companies or does Apple block your Apple ID apps are downloaded like game apps ?

I am referring to what a lot of new apps are calling “legitimate interests“ as you can see in the attached picture I want to know if there’s a way to block my Apple ID from being seen by developers if it is automatically set up that way?

No. Not unless you then provide your email or other details to the app, or to an app-related website or service,

For what privacy-related disclosures Apple requires of app developers:

If you don’t want ad-tracking and data collection happening generally, contact your legislative representatives.

And don’t load ad- and tracking-supported apps. This looks like an app that collects.

If location tracking is a concern more generally, best don’t have a cellphone.
