Finder cannot close
after updating sept 2024, on MacBook Pro 2019, Finder cannot close.
I cannot close the finder, it is open on start up and does not close. the buttons dont work and hide is disabled.
I cannot quit out of finder. Fix this apple.
FWIW, apparently the problem is local to your Mac. Try right-clicking on the Finder icon in the Dock while holding the option key, then choose "Relaunch" from the popup menu.
