Hey everyone
I recently got myself iPhone 16 Pro and transferred my data from iPhone 12 pro. Everything work fine except Stickers. I can't see or add new stickers on my iPhone, however I have the "+" sign at the stickers box. Everything else in that Stickers box is blank white.
Any solutions?

Nope. No info at all from Apple. Hit us up if you get anything from them. It’s sad that so many users complain about this problem and nothing has been fixed yet.
Okay. iOS 18.1 update didn't fix this on my iPhone16. Is this time to do factory reset? Yikes.
I chatted with the Support now. They are aware of the problem, but annoyingly, they suggested to do "Reset All Settings" again. I shall try that later.
Did you try that and did it resolve this issue ?
Apparently you have to resort from a back up of when you HAD the stickers working and I don't know how to do that. I guess I will have to go to the apple store to see if they can help.

Disregard this. I took my phone to the apple store and they reinstalled the software and that fixed the problem.
I spent my money on iphone16 pro so many and the stickers is not working. it really disappointed ☹️
I am also having this issue and all my old stickers from my old phone have disappeared. It seems this has been going on for a while have Apple officially said anything about this issue?
