My iPhone won't connect to AirPods or other accesories after the iOS 18 update

Since the iOS 18 update, I can't connect my AirPods gen 2, my Anker Bluetooth phones, and my CarPlay media center. I tried resetting all settings and then all network settings, but the problem remains the same. Has anyone solved this problem?
