Do magnets in magsafe case affect the battery health of iphone ?
I feel that the magnets in the MagSafe cases affect the battery health of the iPhone. What do you think?

I concur; no. There's nothing in a lithium-based battery that can be affected by a magnetic field, at least not one that isn't industrial-strength (if even then).
