iOS 16.7.10 notification system is very buggy and glitchy on iPhone 8 Plus

Hello there,

I have an iPhone 8 Plus (got a new battery on it so 100% battery health) running the latest version of iOS 16 (iOS 16.7.10) and I’ve been having some issues with notifications whenever I’d scroll up on the Lock Screen to see my older notifications, it will sometimes work just fine but then other times it completely bugs out and the animations go a little haywire and I don’t know why it happens, I have restarted the phone and nothing seems wrong from my end. Also I can’t seem to receive email notifications from the mail app. I was wondering if anyone was experiencing something similar. I did make a video of the issue but since I can’t upload it here I will share a few pictures of the situation.
