so there is a1556 then ?
I have no idea. Yes, the adapters have model numbers printed on them, but Apple doesn't use them for anything sales related. A google search suggests that a1556 is associated with the UK version of the duckhead plug connector (that comes on AC adapters shipped in the UK and is also part of the World Travel Adapter Kit). Not sure why you'd need to know the model number of the power adapter, what matters is the wattage.
As stated, there is a 70 W USB-C power adapter that normally ships with the M3 MacBook Pro. Optionally if ordered directly from Apple, you can pay extra for a more powerful 96 W power adapter. Models with the M3 Pro chip and/or 16" displays ship with higher wattage power adapters (96 W or 140 W).

just curious can you check yours ?
At home, I only have 96 W and 140 W adapters for the higher-spec MacBook Pros and lower wattage adapters for MacBook Airs. However, you're in luck as I am in the office today where someone has a 14" M3 MBP with the 70 W adapter, which is Model A2743.
What about it? What is it you would like help with?
The M3 (base) MacBook Pro ships with a 70W USB-C Power Adapter. For an additional US$20 (if ordered from Apple), it can be upgraded to a 96W USB-C Power Adapter that supports fast charging (50% charge in approximately 30 minutes).
Does the A1556 power adapter come included in the box with the MacBook Pro model A2918?
