LOSING PASSCODE

I HAVE LOST MY PASSCODE AND NOW IT SHOWS AS "IPHONE UNAVAILABLE" ON THE SCREEN. HOW CAN I RESTORE MY PHONE WITHOUT DELETING ANY DATAS WHICH IS NOT SYNCED ICLOUD. I KNOW MY ICLOUD ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD. I CAN PROVIDE MY ID CARD OR OTHER DOCUMENTS TO PROOF MY IDENTITY.

how do i unlock my iphone im locked out due to forgotten passcode how do i reset my old iphone, i know thru itunes or i cloud but how.

You can’t. your only option is to erase the device and restore it. There is no way to bypass a forgotten passcode.
