That app requires iOS 16.1 or later and your iPhone 7 cannot run any version of iOS newer than 15.8. If you want to use that app, you'll need a newer iPhone.

Dictation issues on iPhone 16 Pro Max I just got a 16 pro max. The auto voice to talk dictation keeps randomly turning off and or not working. I have my dictation button on, I’ve tried nearly everything online. Nothing works. About ready to return this phone for my 12 that never had an issue… any others out there? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
