Why do my AirPods pause music when Siri reads messages?

Anytime I have a show or music playing in my AirPods while my phone is locked after Siri reads me a message it pauses whatever is playing and won't play again until I manually do it. I have gestures turned off so I know it's not that.

AirPods drop off when making a phone call while listening to Spotify I have recently been having an issue where my AirPods will disconnect and the audio will go back to the phone if, and only if, I am listening to Spotify/Pandora and call someone from the phone app without first pausing the podcast. If I use Siri to make the call or if I pause the music or podcast before making the call it woks just fine. It is only when I call someone manually WHILE listening to a podcast. When I do this, it will ring in my AirPods and about the time the call connects, it will automatically switch over from my AirPods to the phone. Any help is appreciated!

airpods: I want to sing without listening or quieting the music When I'm listening to music I want to be able to sing or hum without the music getting quieter like it's listening. I've turned off accessibility active listening, I've turned off Siri. But it continues to quiet when I hum or sing or talk to my animal with my AirPods in. Airpods 3 do not listen for "Hey Siri" I have my Airpods (3) connected to my iphone v12. I have "hey siri" enabled. Listen for "Hey Siri" is on Side Button for Siri is on Allow Siri When Locked is on In Accessibility Always Listen for "Hey Siri" is on (The phone alone hears "Hey Siri" when airpods 3 are in case, but not when they are in my ears). I have rebooted, reconnected, Forget this device and reconnect. Nothing works.

That is happening to me too and it is so annoying especially when I’m trying to workout.
