What causes my MacBook Pro to restart after sleep?

I'm having that situation very often. The solution I've found so far is to disable the WiFi before I put the computer to sleep. I hope that works for you.

i think it's bootcamp problem cause i don't use external monitor since the last summer but i have always my bootcamp installed, i will try to delete it

I've never had, and don't have bootcamp, but I have Parallels installed. Maybe bootcamp and Parallels have something in common?

I have been having the same problem. I have an Air, i5, 2020 and this problem just started a few weeks ago. I haven't changed anything for years. I am running a Dell monitor as well.
