Hello~ Who did you pay money to? Not us…we are volunteers in this forum with no access to your accounts. It sounds as if you need to contact your carrier or the carrier the iPhone is locked to. You need to explain in greater technical detail for us to direct you…

This is a user-to-user forum. You didn't pay any money to us. Apple isn't involved in removing carrier locks, so you didn't pay any money to Apple, either.


That leaves two possibilities:


  • You paid money to the phone company (carrier) to whom the phone is locked, in return for a promise that they would unlock it. If this is the case, your issue is with that carrier (phone company). Not with Apple or with us.
  • You got scammed.
