How to secure my devices from unauthorized access?

I have gone through four iPhones too many to count androids and laptops and tablets and every device keeps getting taken over as well. Created so many new accounts with alliance SC profiles and no matter what I lose control of my devices and accounts. I know that some of my accounts I still have been unable to get. Ack on are being used against me and some admin account created to control my accounts. I have been locked out, my permissions denied to my own photos and passwords and passcodes changed too many times. It is driving me crazy. I have been to Apple store and had devices restored to stock on their secure servers and they never find anything. I keep being told how it is not possible the things I am going through. It is a total mind game being played by my partner but I am going crazy and being prevented from using my phones fully. I paid for my own devices and plans. I am tired of this and nobody seems to be able to help. I know they are into developer as well and I don’t understand any of it to stop it. Why they are allowed to gain so much power over someone elses devices and accounts is beyond me. I just want it to stop and know how to prevent this ever again
