I just updated to sequoia and cannot use my internet extension sighcall

Currently using Macbook Air. I updated my iOS yesterday and when I got back online for my work, I cannot use the internet extension Sightcall. Anyone can help me with this? I've already re-installed the mac plug-in and also the extension, but still encountering the same error.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.0

Check with SightCall support or with your company's IT department. An update may be needed to support macOS 15 and/or the new version of Safari (just FYI to avoid potential confusion, iOS is the operating system that runs on an iPhone). From what I can tell from their website, both the core and plug-in were last updated a number of months ago.
