Safari v18 in Sequoia not rendering sites correctly

Hi all,

Since upgrading my MacBook Pro M1 to Sequoia, I've had a number of sites that have not rendered correctly (display doesn't form correctly and menus / buttons are missing or can't be parsed with a 1017 error). It happens mainly when I manage my ASUS router estate or if I use a web app (Synology DSM 7, Control Panel doesn't show all icons). I use Safari as my main browser on the MAC and have never had any issues in the past.

If I use Chrome or Edge then everything works OK and all sites display correctly. I get the same issue if I use Safari on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to make Safari work?
