I'm a bit confused. The Magic Mouse 2 is a Bluetooth device, not a cabled mouse. So either you've misspoken about the mouse you have, or you're trying to do something odd (the only socket on a Magic Mouse 2 is on the bottom of the mouse).

If you actually do have a Bluetooth mouse, try this:

  1. Go to Settings -> Accessibility and select Touch.
  2. Select AssistiveTouch -> Devices, then select Bluetooth Devices.
  3. Select your device from the list.

Hope this helps.

So what I’m talking about with the cable the magic mouse comes with a type C cable to a lightning port as what I have seen online you’re supposed to connect the lightning cable to the mouse and have the type C cable attached to the computer or whatever takes the type C I understand that it’s Bluetooth. I have tried to put it in Bluetooth mode and it does not show up on my Bluetooth devices at all Only when I plug in the lightning cable to the mouse and connect it to my phone is where I see the mouse is active, but it still doesn’t do anything.
